Cole Engineered Products are masterfully crafted cutting tools and wear parts which integrate either customer-supplied blueprints or Cole engineered designs. Cole provides technical support and supervision from design through application trials to ensure optimum performance before beginning final production.
Engineered products use diverse grades of tungsten carbide, ceramics or cermets with ultra-high tolerances. Each product is finished with standard or special coatings to create the finest products available in the industry.
The Process:
The process begins with customer-supplied or Cole engineered CAD drawings. After approval, prototypes may then be made, or the actual product is made to produced specifications and tolerances. Additional services may include micro-finishes or coatings, thorough testing and optical measuring to ensure customer expectations are met. The entire process, from raw material to engineered design to finished product and customer service is supported by Cole every step of the way.
